PASTRY SHOPS

A very young pastry chef decided in 2014 to open a pastry shop consisting of a production laboratory and a sales area in front. The relationship began, as so many times, with only the construction part and the bureaucratic procedures for opening the business, but it became the support of a family that with great willpower joined together to realize every single detail of the operation.

Our architecture studio has, therefore, studied a format for the nascent Mes Délices pastry shop that communicated a message of freshness, to represent the owner, refinement and purity like the products she offers.

The realization was completed by the study of the LOGO, the photographs for the layout, the study for the creation of the "French" corner to encourage people to taste the cooked crêpes.
