BIOLOGICAL HONEY PRODUCTION<\/h2>\n

In 2014, contacted by a biological honey producer, we had the chance to design a laboratory that would respect the philosophy behind this commodity production, as required esplicitly \u00a0by the customer, (bioecology, \u00a0biocompatibility, \u00a0sustainability). Thanks to the careful assessment of the comformation and the position of the land, we created a laboratory with a selling point and a studio apartment for the producer. The project maximized energy efficiency, \u00a0solar gain , recovery and use of rainwater, thus minimizing energy consumption.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Again in order to satisfy the customer\u2019s demands we used a wooden building with insulation and environmentally friendly and recyclable coatings that required minimal water quantities for the mounting.<\/span>
Given the type of production it could not miss the careful study and the organization of the green, both for the production purposes (considering the type and the position of the different plants) and for the thermoregulation of the various areas of the building.<\/span><\/p>\n

We completed the project with a \u00a0careful study of the use of the green as shading for temperature control of various areas, and also, naturally, \u00a0for the specific production of honey, \u00a0choosing plants compatible with production and life of bees.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
